Probably the best next step is to order his will.  Done on 7 Mar 2017.

In his mother’s 1993 will she refers to his wife Diana Norman and to the surviving children of David and Diana.  His will is still awaited.  However his mother will information was anough to uniquely identify his wife as Diana M Cullinan in a 1982 marriage - and he had become David H De Courcy Norman, a giveaway.

No births can be found for any Norman, or De Courcy Norman, with a mother’s maiden name of Cullinan.  Hmmm.  Born abroad?

There is one ‘De Courcy Norman’ birth in London in 1997.

His will arrived on 13th March 2017 and revealed that he had married twice:

First to Helen (de Courcy Norman), whose divorce was finally settled around 21 September 1990.

Second to Diana (de Courcy Norman), his then wife.

and also that he had three daughter:

1. Helen Louisa de Courcy Norman, who had long been out of touch with her father,

2. Sophie Ursula de Courcy Norman.

3, Verity Sarah de Courct Norman.
