I incline towards the second of these, if only because marriage of a male at 18 was a tad young. The complication of the second is identifying any children as the mothers name is annotated with “Scott or Fraser for spouse name”.
Using Scott for the mother’s name gave no identifiable results. But Fraser gave these two births that look worth following up, particularly the last as Fordinbridge is where Harry was both born and died.

On FreeBMD I can find no marriage for the former but a William S Leyland married the latter in Christchurch, Hants in 1950. And the Leyland-Greenwood marriage produce three apparent offspring from 1953 to 1958.
On FindMyPast there are the same two infants but the former may have something to do with a marriage of a Hugh G P Greenwood in Christchurch district, Hants in Apr-Jun 1951 to an Eve S Duncan.
I think the first thing to do is to get the birth certificates for Hugh P and Rosemary P Greenwood.
The first answer: Hugh P Greenwood was the son of Harry Powys Greenwood, banker of 35 Altonar Strasse Berlin and Dorothy Annie Bunting Greenwood late Scott formerly Fraser. So he is clearly a Powys descendant.
The seond answer is much the same, Rosemary P Greenwood was the daughter of Harry Powys Greenwood and Dorothy Annie Bunting Greenwood late Scott formerly Fraser. So she also is clearly a Powys descendant.
The deduction from the above is that the mother had previously married a Scott and was born Fraser.
