Possibly this marriage on FamilySearch was his, but I can’t find him, let alone them on any censuses after marriage:
Name William Churchill Longman
Spouse's Name Elizabeth Cutler
Event Date 22 Nov 1856
Event Place Old Church,Saint Pancras,London,England
The reason he could not be found in 1861 is that his second name is transcribed as ‘F’. And his birthplace was Sherbourne [sic], Buckinghamshire! But they did have two daughters and his wife’s birth was given as Camberwell, Surrey. The daughters were both born in Balham, Surrey:

The reason he could not be found in 1871 is that his second name is transcribed as ‘Churchel’ of the 1871 census (I’ve told FindMyPast). I found this by searching instead for ‘William C Longman’. The 1871 census lists five children which is what Elizabeth said she had had in her 1911 census entry.

I have identified her as the third potential wife as she is clearly ‘Elizabeth’ in all subsequent censuses, not ‘Emily’. A confirmation of this identification is that their youngest daughter was registered with the second name of ‘Cutler’.
But I can find nothing, so far, that is categoric for her parents. Purchase the marriage cert?
