I just wonder if the first of these is not corroboratedf in the 1881 census< with his wife’s name of Jane and a daughter called jessie, concievably after his mother.  But he appears in the 1871 and 1851 census still born in Bridgnorth but very obviously with his paprent who are NOT Jessie.
