Her brother Alexander completed the claim for the barony, by having an act of Parliament to rescind the act of attainder on his ancestor the last baron, and became the 6th lord Balfound of Burleigh.
For about ten years Henrietta was the heir presumptive to the barony. But then her brother marriaed and had children so the title went down that line.
