In 1851 he was 12 and living with his parents at Swaffham Bulbeck, Cambs. His father was Thomas Livermore, a miller born in 1808 in Gt Wilbraham, Cambs and his mother Ellen was born in 1809 in Wargrave Berks; from the age of their eldest son, they had married around 1833.
His brothers were Shadrach 16, William 14 and Alfred 11, all born in the same village.

A Charles Livermore, the only ‘Chareles Livermore’, married Emily Cornell in Hackney, London in Q1 of 1872.
In 1881 Emily was the wife and was born in 1843 in Snailwell Cambs

So Charles’ second wife was Emily Cornell born in Snailwell in 1843. They had no children.
