Notes for Henrietta Brown
No record found for her birth in Scotland: she may well have been born in Lisbon, Portugal.
But as her parents married in 1802 and her father is said to have died in 1804, she was probably born between 1803 and 1805. But I reckon this is invalid.
In the 1841 census she was with her husband in Davies St, London (perhaps for a ‘season’?). Her age was rounded down to 30 but she could have been anywhere between 30 and 35, so born between 1806 and 1811. Her daughter was in Tundbridge Wells with her mother and a cousin.
In 1851 she was in Dawlish Devon accompanied by her cousins Helen Graham and Amelia. She is reported to have been born in 1809 in St Pancras, London which makes a nonsense of the received date of her father’s death in 1804.

[ Baptisms in April 1809 at St Pancras church, London ]
“. . . .
“Bapt date: April 6 1909
“Bapt record: Henrietta daughter of William and Margaret Brown
“Birth date: Feb 9 1808
_______________
Her probable death, corroborated by Burke’s peerage of 1914 in the Bagot article to be ‘Oct 1854’:
Name: Age at Death (in years):
CHESTER, HENRIETTA 45
GRO Reference: 1854 D Quarter in KENSINGTON PADDINGTON AND FULHAM Volume 01A Page 15
The age of 45 gives a birth year from 1808 t0 1809.

No will found for her either in the National Archives or in the High Court for post 1857.

Notes for Anthony & Henrietta (Family)
From FamilySearch:
Name Anthony Chester
Birth Date 1813
Age 21
Spouse's Name Henrietta Brown
Spouse's Birth Date 1813
Spouse's Age 21
Event Date 15 May 1834
Event Place Shiplake, Oxford, England
The birth dates and ages are obvious misinterpretations of "full age" or suchlike.
In addition the transcripts by Oxford FHS report that the marriage was by licence; as yet I do not know which episcopal office provided this.
I have asked the Oxford Record Office for a scan of the marriage register.
The scan gives the following:
Groom: The revered Anthony Chester of the parish of Hillingdon in the County of Middlesex, Bachelor.
Bride: Henrietta Brown, spinster
Place: Shiplake, Oxon
Marr by: Licence
Marr date: 4 June 1834
Celebrant: Henry Brown MS Revd
Signature: ‘Anthony Chester’, ‘Henrietta Brown’
Witnesses: James Brown, C S Radcliffe
Record No: 87
The celebrant, Henry Brown, was probably her cousin, younger son of George Brown and, later, rector of Woolwich.
The witness James Brown may have been the younger, unmarried brother of her father.
