In 1841, again this looks like her, with her husband, a merchant and a fair family including apparent twins in the eldest. The children’s names correspond with 1851, missing ones apart.

In 1861 she was with just the same two daughters and three servants, still in Hampstead.
In 1871, she had her daughter Elizabeth with her, noth Mary nor Emily and still had three servants, one being a nurse - for her?
This looks like her death:

Graeme Wall includes Lucy as Mary and Thomas’ first child, born in 1814 and married William Sharpe in 1841. The marriage is likely from the following, remembering that Hampstead was in Edmonton district:
Surname First name(s) District Vol Page
Marriages Jun 1841 (>99%)
COLLINS John George Edmonton 3 59
GULLEN Jane Edmonton 3 59
Horwood James Edmonton 3 59
King Josiah Edmonton 3 59
REID Lucy Edmonton 3 59 <---
SHARPE William Edmonton 3 59 <---
TAYLOR Elizabeth Edmonton 3 59
TAYLOR Elizabeth Edmonton 3 59
But I have no convenient access to suitable records for her birth.
She is not to be found under her married name in the 1841 census but is in the 1851 census with four daughters and one son. Perhaps her marriage certificate would show her father’s name and her address and confirm the relationship? If it does, then Lucy is down as the grandmother of Samuel Courtauld who founded the Courtauld Institute; Further a daughter of S Courtauld married Sir R A B Butler KG, one of the architects of the Conservative recovery after WW2.
This is probably her death, giving a birth of around 1815:
