In fact in the 1911 census her mother gave Patricia a birth place of Ettagh parish, Kings Co, Ireland.

Only one Jephson birth can be found in India from 1924 to 1933.
In 1932 and 1933 she travelled three times to the Indian sub-continent.

While this gives the right age, it is a year earlier than his information, which I have queried.
