The 1901 census shows that she married the latter, A A Froude. They were living at Collafeet Creek House, West Alvington, Devon with their 3 year-old son and five servants. He was CMG, JP and Living on Own Means, aged 37 and born in Paddington, London. She was 28 and born in Wimbourne, Dorset. Their son John A Froude was 3 and born in South Kensington, London.
