In the 1901 census she was with her husband and elder son (but no sign of other brood), aged 41 and born in Knightsbridge, London.

Robert Denne thinks her father’s name was Napoleon Argles but I cannot find him in the 1881 census, though he may have died by then. But I can find no death of a Nap... Argles on FreeBMD from 1858 to 1920, though there are 57 Argles deaths on FreeBMD in those same 63 years.
Napoleon F Argles was aged 24 and with his father in 1871 and unlikely to have been Caroline’s father.
