Curiously she was 38 at marriage; I wonder if she might have been married before?
I have found nothing on her birth.
There is something distinctly odd about the birth dates of her children Samuel and Elizabeth. It looks as if they were born almost on the same day and certainly christened on the same day; if true, they might have been twins. A read of the presbyterian register is a must. They might merely have been christened on the same day; why did Sarah change from St James (her marriage) to the Presbyterian church?
July, 2016, TFPL: The baptism register images are now available and they clarify Elizabeth’s birth which was in 1751, not 1752.
It sounds, 29 Dec 2008, as if her father was Henry and he was a boat builder. And in 2016 it sounds as if he is getting a tad ephemeral.
