The Pigot pedigree says his wife is something like "Eleoner dau of John fornes ... chancellor of exchequer" but Caspar Verney says she is Anne, dau of Sir Thomas Andrews of Charwelton, Northants. Must re-read the pedigree.
Later: The pedigree is right, Caspar is right, I read it wrong!
