Moor in his ‘Kts of Ed I’ says that her father’s heir at his death had a son John aged 34 as heir.  Moor also has another Bertram de Criol who he says was prob. a younger s. of Joan’s father and died in 1306 leaving his sister Joan as his heir.  It sounds like John, Bertram senior’s heir, dsp before 1306.
