Her full name, ‘Anne Elizabeth Cowper’ is found from her FreeBMD birth record.
She was unmarried in the 1881 census but several marriages appear after that and in Norfolk which are of interest:

But I have no idea which of these, and a few more, might, if any, be her.
I cannot find her death on FreeBMD for up to 1910 - too many Ann Johnsons, not to mention any married name she might have acquired.
