I think that the Louisa Halifax born in Islington, Q3 of 1841 has to be her.
FreeBMD has a Louisa Hallifax who d. aged 73 in 1881 but that is far too old to be her.
It also has this which might, just, be her, with a few inaccuracies:

Mutford was in Suffolk, which makes it more credible.

TFPL, Jun, 2011: I am increasingly less sure that Louise was a child of John Savile and Catherine Sarah. The only parental link is from the LDS Vital Records which therefore must be rechecked.
But here is the apparently cast-iron record from the LDS Vital records discs, 2nd edition:

Mother: Catherine Sarah

So, did she die early or was she in the 1851 census?
No early death found on FreeBMD.
