Notes for Mary Ann Worth
Might this be her in the 1881 census (my reason is that the children have the names of Mary Ann Worth's siblings and her age is spot on)?

1881 British Census
_____________________________________________________
In 1851 it looks as if whe was in the London Orphan Asylum at Hackney with this entry:
Worth, MA (female), aged 13, a pupil, born at Dunchurch.
Her brother Henry seems also to be there.

I cannot find her death on FreeBMD to 1910. Nor her birth anywhere around Warks.
