No death records on FreeBMD up to 1915. TFPL, Apr 2008: Found in will office in Holburn, she died on 12 Nov 1920.
She is not to be found on the 1901 census, dunno why not as she was alive, above.
No ‘Adela Maria’, not even Brown, births to be found on FreeBMD from 1852 to 1853. I am going to find the Bishop’s Transcripts for Penshurst at Maidstone and hope her baptism is there, currently, Apr 2008, there is no reply from the vicar of Penshurst.
Her baptism was indeed found, precisely at the date on Mary Elizabeth’s list in her bible with William and her as parents, surname of Brown, abode of Penshurst (just that) and his profession as ‘Gentleman’.
