Notes for Mary Louisa Trotter (born BROWN)
In 1901 she was aged 60 and living on her own means in Bournemouth.
There are no Mary Louisa births with a surname of Brown in 1840 to 1841 in the Wimbledon area, but there is a Mary Louisa Brown born in Cheltenham in June 1841, vol 11, p. 20_1. This conflicts with the Wimbledon birth in the 1881 census but that is not to be relied on fully due Wm Trotter’s mistakes. She was in fact baptised in Wimbledon and the parish register suggest she was born there too.
