Robert Ferrand [Farrand] of Harden Grange; John Drake of Pikedlee [Pykedlee] in Allerton; Edward Brooksbank of Bradshaw in the township of Ovenden; William Clapham of Beckfoot in the parish of Bingley; James Sagar of Allerton, yeoman Property: in consideration of a marriage between Benjamin Ferrand, son and heir apparent of Robert Ferrand, and Martha Brooksbank, daughter of Edward Brooksbank of a messuage etc in Wilsden and another three messuages etc in Wilsden to various uses
