Oct, 2020: Papers have been received which both state that
(a) The last will and Testament with a Codicil of the deceased was proved and registers in the Principal Probate Registry
and
(b) this was a Grant of Letters of administration … when a person has died without making a valid will. (called intestate).
I do not understand this!
I have e-mailed the wills people who say they will look for the actual will.
