Notes for George Edward Gillett
At his marriage he was living at Dursley Lodge, Bishop's Waltham, Hants.
In the 1901 census he was living at Durley Lodge, Durley, Hants with his wife only; he was living on own means, aged 36 and born at Bitterne, Hants.
In his house he had a further four servants plus:
in two other units there were a groom and a coachman with his wife,
in all an economic unit of 9 people.
There were no children in the 1901 census, after 8 and a half years of marriage. Probably they both dsp.

In 1911, he and his wife declared that had been married for 20 years and had no children; he was a gentleman farmer aged 46 and living at Durley Lodge, Bishops Waltham, Hants (I think that is what it is).
