Note that the registration index is only a reference to obtain a birth certificate, it does not name the parents or give the birth date or location.
On the other hand the baptism in the 19th century onwards did name both parents and sometimes also gave the date of birth.
Both combined provide very sure evidence of parentage.

In 1891 she was reported to have been with two of her sisters and the husband of Edith and reverting to her maiden name of Emily M E F Powys. I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to resolve this fully.

Will notes for Emily Marian Emma Fox-Powys
Her probate index (2nd miracle, it is from the Wills site):
1923
WARD Emily Marion Emma of 17 The Circus Bath widow died 1 November 1923 Probate London 28 November to Frederick Arthur Percy Sylvester solicitor and Charles Nesbitt Wood bank manager. Effects £24450 11s. 4d.
She would very likely have divided this among her relatives, naming same, so her will has been ordered.
The 3rd miracle is that I was able to put my order in the basket; I am yet to tender cash.
The Devil’s advocate has been at work: the order was in the basket, it has vanished from same. It is now being re-entered.

Somehow the will was put on order and delivered.
The executors were Frederick Arthur Percy Sylvestger, solicitor, and Charles Nesbitt Wood, bank manager. The will was dated 19th March 1920. The Effects totalled £22566.11.11 net.
In the will she listed these family members:
1. Her sister Mary Teresa Gwendolin (Fox-)Powys
2. Her sister Louisa Christina Archer
3. Her nephew Geoffrey Hubert Onslow Archer,
4. Her nephew Anthony Fox Skeffington Smyth Archer,
As all these lines died out, I have little idea what happened to her funds.
