20 Apr 1875: “The Reverend ALEXANDER EVERIXGHAM
SKETCH LEY, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands upon or against the estate of the Reverend Alexander Evcringhain
Sketchley, late of Vansittart House, Greenwich-road, in the county of Kent. Clerk, Doctor in Divinity, and Vicar of Saint Nicholas, Deptford, in the same count/,
who died on the 6th day of October, 1874, and whose will, with two codicils thereto, was proved 0:1 the 23rd day of October, 1374, in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, by Arthur Powys Sketchley, Esq., and the Reverend Horatio Powys Sketchley, Clerk, Sons of the said deceased, the executors named in the said will, are hereby required to send particular?, in writing, of their respective debts, claims, and demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executors, at our office, at No. 1, Lincoln's inn-fields, in the county of Middlesex, or before the 24th day of June, 1875, after which time the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, haying regard only to the debts, claims, and demands, of which they shall then have had notice; and the said executors will not be liable for the assets so distributed, or any part thereof, to any person or persons of whose claim or demand they shall not then have had notice.—Dated this 15th day of April, 1875.
