Notes for John & Anne (Family)
The Whitfield register transcript in the Oxon 1566-1634 visitations, p. 275 reads:
“1613: John fil Dom. Geo Tipp. Kt. et Ann fil. Sr Christ Pigott, de com. Bucks, nupt Monday sevennight before Xmas at Ickford.”
Note that ‘sevennight’ before Xmas gives a date of 18th December, so dunno where the above 14th December came from.
