There is a burial entry in the Register for a William Barrington at Hatfeild on 2 Mar 1693 which looks rather like him but not sure.

There is also a baptism entry on 7th Sept 1677 for a William Barrington, son of Sir John and an unnamed mother, but it looks probable that this was just following the custom of those times of not naming the mother.
Will notes for William Barrington
In his will, dated 22nd December of 3 Wm & Mary, 1691, he left:

10 pounds to his honoured mother lady Dorothy
10 pounds to his sister Surq (?) Walter [TFPL, Jan 2019] recte Lucy Walter [aka Walkers].
10 pounds to John barrington, the son of his brother John Barrington
10 pounds to Philip Scarth
10 pounds to Mrs Dorothy Scarth
5 pounds to William Scarth
20 Pounds to his father-in-law Richard Young
5 pounds to his aunt Mrs Sarah Brerewood
5 pounds to his aunt Elizabeth Young,
5 pounds to his sister Elizabeth Young
20 to the poor of Hatfield Broadoak

his executrix was his beloved wife Sarah Barrington.

His will was proved on 10th March 1692.  So he died around January 1691/2.

He directed that he be buried in the churchyard at Hatfeild Broadoak “amongst my relations”.
