I am currently guessing that W Harvey was the vicar after Thomas Breedon.  In fact he was the one after the one who succeeded Thomas Breedon, see the CCED site.

From CCEd, Thomas Breedon was curate at Whitchurch from 1702 to 1704 then Rector of Pangbourne (Salisbury Diocese) from 1704 to his death in 1718.  He was ordained in 1700 aged 24 and born in Southmourton, Berks.  He was MA from Christ Church, Oxford.  The lay patron of Pangbourne was one John Breedon, Arm.

FamilySearch has a record of a baptism of an Elizabeth Breedon on 9 Aug 1714, mother Jane Breedon, no father stated.  Perhaps this needs following up on the film of the parish register to see what, if any, additional comments or information are entered by the celebrant.
