Note that there is a discrepancy in her second name. The family information says her second name was Huleatt. But her birth registration gives a second initial of ‘M’, as does the marriage registration index with Bernard Samuel. The anoouncement in The Times (see marriage Notes) for the marriage with Hohn M Westwood explicitly gives the second name of Margaret. So I have (on 30 March 2017) changed her second name to Margaret.

She was a witness to her son’s marriage to Camilla Catlow in 1973.
Her death cannot be found in England and Wales.
But a probate entry could be found for 2005, though I don’t think it was hers.

Her will has been ordered to see what descendants she listed. Delivered 7th Apr 2017.
Her will was written on 6th March 2000 when she was living at 10 Padwick House, Horsham, West Sussex RH13 6BN.
She named her husband as Gordon Samuel and appointed him an executor of her will together with her sons Richard Samuel and Jonathan Samuel.
Her will was proved by Gordon Samuel of 11 Barnlake Point, Burton, Milford Haven SA73 1PF where she had died and presumably was living prior to death.
The problem is that the only marriage record I have found for her is for a Bernard J Samuel, so this needs a modicum of re-analysis...
In conclusion I think this will is not hers. It might be that I have to get a copy of her death certificate.
The lady of this will I think had the maiden name of Jones and then indeed did bear sons Richard and Jonathan.
So I must now look for Cynthia Margaret née Hallifax again.
