Third son by WILLIAM's second marriage, born probably in 1564 (a William Powys was baptised in Ludlow then, but there were two others roughly contemporary).  Mentioned in his father's will.  From his mother's we know that he had two sons, Walter (b.1608) and John (b. 1611).
