Notes for George Cyprian Low
Possibly born in Kenya where the records are not available publicly. He was, according to the birth certificate of his daughter.
His birth was known from both his parents’s wills. His birth year is known from an embarkation entry of his age on a ship to Mombasa, travelling with his parents and two siblings. See his mother’s Notes.

In May of 2000 there is a marriage of George C Low and Joanne E Spain in Ashford with Shepway district, Kent. He would have been 50 or so then but I think it is worth getting a copy of the certificate to see if it is him. The point to note is that his mother died in Ashford, Kent and in her will, signed in 1996, said that George Cyprian had been living with her.
I cannot find any Electoral Roll entries for him at all; they might have shown where he was living and with whom.
There is a Low-Spain birth in 2003:

On second thoughts the birth certificate for Angelica might be more informative. It was.
No more Low-Spain births found. But this one is definitely their daughter, so is in the ranks of Powys descendants and is about to be entered.
