Maria Susan Vizard 3   [‘3’ - why?)
The Last Will of me Maria Susan Vizard By virtue of a power of appointment given to me by the will of my late Brother William John Hughes and the sum of Six hundred pounds left to me by him I give and appoint the said sum and the stocks and securities wherein the same may be invested and all other my property & effects which I have power to dispose unto my husband William Vizard absolutely and in case my daughters Edith and Florence and all the children I may hereafter have shall die under the age of Twenty One hereby by virtue of the power of appointment contained in my marriage settlement give and appoint all my property contained in such settlement & the stocks & securities wherein the same may be invested & which I have power to dispose of unto my said husbad William Vizard his heirs & assigns absolutely in Witness whereof I have hereunto set  my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of August 1936__ Maria Susan Vizard (SS) Signed Sealed published and declared as and for my last will in the presence of __ Henry Harris Solr 31 Bedford Row__ Sophia Fordyce__ Servant to Mrs Vizard

ProbateOn the 13th March 1838 administration (with the will annexed) of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of Maria Susan Vizard (wife of William Vizard the younger Esquire) late of Hampstead in the County of Middlesex deceased was granted to the said William Vizard the younger the lawful husband and as such entitled to the Personal Estate and effects of the said deceased over which she had no disposing power and concerning which she is dead substate(?) and the sole legatee named in the said will having been first sworn only to administer & to Executors being named in the said will.

This clearly means that she was alive in August 1836 and deceased in March 1838 and implied that the probably died around January 1838.
