In her will, dated 2nd of September 1932, she appointer her nephew Henry Bartholomew Tunnard as her sole executor and listed the following relatives in her will:
1. Her niece Dorothy Evelyn Taylor,
2. Her niece Bridget Tunnard,
Her beneficiaries were Henry Bartholomew Tunnard and Dorothy Evelyn Tunnard. They were the only children of her brother Henry Stopford Tunnard. Her other brother Walter James Tunnard d. unm. and sp.
I cannot work out the relationship with Bridget Tunnard, possibly a cousin on her father’s side? There was a Bridget Lucy Tunnard born to a Ambrose Barthoilomew Tunnard and his wife Sybil Mary Agnes and baptised in St Barnabas, Pimlico in March 1900 and who died unmarried in 1971. In the 1901 census she was 1 year old and with her parents Ambrose and Sybil in Westbury on Severn, Glos. Ambrose was born in 1853 at Ecton Northants. and was then a land agent. Lucy’s father Bartholomew was also born at Ecton, Northants. So it looka like Ambrose Bartholomew and Bartholomew were uncle and nephew (from their respective birth dates) and thus that Eleanor Lucy and Bridget Lucy were first cousins once removed.
That will do for that and Bridget Lucy is of no concern for this discovery of Powys descendants.
