Burke’s Peerage reports of him “Philip Henry; b 19 April 1951; educ Shrewsbury, Bristol U (PhD, MSc), Queen Mary Coll London and Leicester U; FRAS, CPhy, FInstP; m 1980 Judith Margaret MB, ChB (d 1992), dau of Joseph William Yelton, of Earls Colne, Essex”.
In the will of his mother Mary she listed these grandchildren which have to be his:
Philip }
Veronica } all, seemingly, Montgomery-Campbell.
Elizabeth }
So it may be possible to obtain their birth records and also at least the maiden name of their mother and might lead to Philip’s marriage.

Failed! It is probable that these three children was the result of a second relationship. I cannot identify any births before 2006 that might be them. They might have been born after 2006. There are far too many Campbell births to begin to guess who might be their mother, and the only birth indices after 2006 do not give the mother’s maiden name unless you already know it. I can’t see it resolved in my lifetime.

Simon Hugh was mentioned in his grandmother’s will.
This leaves me wondering where Philip, Veronica and Elizabeth came from. Sounds like a second relationship if Judith died in 1992.
More exploration is needed.
