Did they have any children?
There were three Lewises born in Mancester over 20 years from early 1970s. But they had the surname of Taylor-Lewis. This led to finding that there were six marriages of Lewis and Dyson of which one had a Gary Taylor-Lewis as the groom. So I am reasonably certain that all these Lewis births in the Manchester area had Gary as their father and NOT this Christopher Julian Arden.
So I am concluding that Christopher and Caroline did not have any children.

The next step was to see if he could be found on the electoral rolls and was there anyone with him.
One possibility was Lamburt House, Stowey Road, Taunton which was occupied in 2002-3 by :
Chris J A Lewis,
Rodger Colquhoun,
Dee Lewis
which makes me wonder if she might not be the Dee Morgan of the third marriage above?
However in another electoral roll series Caroline Lewes and Christopher J A Lewis occupied a house in Hungerford from 2002 to 2021.
