In fact her sister Mary Toft, née Moran, included Louise in her will of 1948, calling her ‘Louise Smith’.  Mary also appointed Kenneth Smith as her executor.  So it sounds very strongly that Louise did marry Kenneth Smith, above in 1923 and both were alive in 1948.

There were 8 Smith births with a Moran mother born in Staffs from 1923 to 1943.  I have no idea if any were theirs.  They do not appear on the 1939 register.
