In 1939 there was a Lucy Heath born 12 Dec 1884, so not her, and living in Market Bosworth, Leics.
In 1939 there was a Lucy Young born 16 Feb 1884 and in Sutton, Surrey. Could be her.
In 1939 there was a Lucy Young born 14 Jan 1884 and in Deal, Kent. Could be her.
In 1939 there was no Lucy Watson with a close birth date.
