In 2002-3 he and Fiona Boyle were on the electoral roll for Western House Cottage, Alton Road, Hook, Hampshire, RG29 1PH and this just happens to be the address given for him in his grandmother’s will when she wrote it. This confirms the marriage found for Robert A R Boyle and Fiona E M Ramsay in May 1987.
