TFPL, 2021: Her baptism in St Andrew, Holburn, London:
“Septemb. 1713 Christning [sic]
. . . .
“Mary daug mof Thomas Carthew Esq and Sarah his wife in Bedford Row was bapt the 12th”
So her birth would have been within a week of this and was thus also on Sept 1713.

Just to confuse matters, there is a second baptism of a Mary Carthew on 12 May 1714 at St Andrew Holborn and also with parents of Thomas and Sarah. No image is available of the parish register, but my guess is that the first Mary died early so the next daughter was given her name too.
