In her will she appointed either her husband John as executor or if he died before her, she appointed her sons John titular baron Wodehouse and Armine Wodehouse to be executors.  She signed the will on the 5th of May 1890 and it was proved on the 11th July 1895 with her husband as the sworn sole executor.

She also listed in her will:
1. her late Aunt Lady Isabela Mary Ann Fitzgibbon, who had left her the leasehold premises of 35 Lowndes Sq,
2. Her daughter Alice wife of Hussey Packe Esq,
3. Her daughter Constance,
4. Francis Haygarth and Blanche his wife who were trustees for life of the above Lady Fitzgibbon’s will for the benefit of Emily Killett.
_______________________

Her father, the earl of Clare had the surname of FitzGibbon so Isabella Mary Ann FitzGibbon sounds to have been a spinster sister of her father.  Burek’s Peerage of 1849, p. 211, confirms this.
