This was difficul to find because his mother’s maiden name was given on the original index sheet as Galoin instead of Galvin.  But in a list of all Paul Harman births in Essex from 1939 to 1949 this stood out as a possible with the O in the forenames, almost certainly for his paternal grandmother’s maiden name of Oxley, also carried by his father:
