I cannot identify his death, let alone birth.  None of the Charles F deaths who were born between 1860 and 1900 make sense with the will data and the fact that he had died before his wife who died in 1958.  Their marriage certificate, with an age and his father's name, might enable him to be identified with a birth entry.

The only such Charles F Pedley in the 1911 census was a Charles Franklin P of Lambeth, born in 1888 in Burma and then a medical student and living in a large student accommodation unit.  Would he in 1916 and by then a mere 28 have married a 41 year-old lady?  This sort of thing has been known.  In Q3 of 1944 a Charles F Pedley married a Daisy L Young in Bideford and Daisy Lilian was then an administrator of his will in June 1945.  Had there been a divorce?  Or was this bigamy?  Minds boggle!
