This baptism transcription is a candidate for her birth year. The reason to suggest it is that she was married in Westminster:

First name(s) Elizabeth
Last name Whittington

Birth place -
Baptism year 1727
Baptism date 11 Jun 1727

Father's last name Whittington
Mother's first name(s) Elizabeth
Mother's last name -
Record set England Births & Baptisms 1538-1975

But this conflicts with the information in Burke that her father was Isaac Whittington, not to mention also the History of Parliament entry for Isaac.

There might be some more information in the vestry of Amersham church.  There is and it is categoric that her father was Isaac.  (So blind guesses are not the way to do genealogy!)

Burke's Commoners states that her father was Isaac Whittington of Orford House, Essex.

From the History of Parliament for her father, he married her mother on 12 Feb 1736.  So Elizabeth could not have been born before the end of 1736 (middle class lasses had their chastity closely guarded then).  She married in 1755, so if born in 1737 would have been 18 at marriage, which would have been very likely.  She could have been a year or two younger but unlikely to have been less than 16 at marriage.  So I guess she was born around 1738 give or take a year or two.

This looks strongly like their marriage, with his residence of Agmondesham:

First name(s) Thomas

Parish St George, Hanover Square
Spouse's first name(s) Elizabeth
Spouse's last name Whittington

And the image of the marriage register adds the clincher that he was "The Reverend" and give the full date of 31 March 1755.
