By the look of her age and now knowing that Olive Sydney was née Garnet, I would reckon that Amy E Garnett was Olive's mother.

The following Clarke births can be found in Britain with a Garnett mother:

Last name First name(s) Year Of Birth Year Of Death  Year  Location

Clarke Audrey M 1913 — 1913 Lancaster, Lancashire,
Clarke Evelyn M 1913 — 1913 Headington, Oxfordshire
Clarke Irene M 1913 — 1913 Lancaster, Lancashire,
Clarke Ralph L 1917 — 1917 Chester, Cheshire, England

Audrey and Irene look like they must be twins with Audrey still with her parents in 1939, so Evelyn can’t be of the same family.  Audrey and Irene are b oth on the same index page number, making it more likely that they were twins.  And, with Marshal Falconer being in the Cheshire Regiment, it is attractive to see Ralph L as their son.  I may end up getting Ralph’s birth certificate.
