The additional ‘M’ initial needs some check but I think this has to be the Male birth in 1900. And his wife needs some finding. No children, not even redacted.
I have searched the England & Wales Deaths 1837-2007 file for births recorded in 1911 and found found people with the forenames ‘Patricia D’, and any surname, but none of these were born on the 12th June 1911.

Michael Delancey Neill may have been Maurice’s nephew by Maurice’s brother Rerence de Lancey Neill.
I cannot find Michael Delancey Neill anywhere in FindMyPast’s ‘World’ records, though there is a Michael De L O’Neill birth in Cork, Ireland in Q1 of 1947.
