His death date is unknown save that he pre-deceased his wife. I have searched the probate indices in case he left estate in England but there is no record from 1919 to 1969.
Might hsi wife have put something in The Times?
He is reported to have died on 2 Jan 1958; in the same report his wife’s death date is spot on. Their marriage is said to be in 1908.
