In 1939 she was in a house with an amalgam of peoples whose relationships and roles I cannot work out. No immediate family of here were present. Her Occupation entry loks like she was a Trained Warden (air raids?), a girls club leader and a gu…(?) political lecturer. She gave a birth date three years younger than true
I suspect this is her death, after marrying Conway Bruce Campbell-Johnston in 1969, her birth is right:
