While there are records of his birth, the index does not include the parents and he lived only between the 1841 and 1851 censuses so appeared in neither. So the public free records do not identify him as a child of Thomas William and Octavia Rawson. But Burke asserts his parentage in the 1914 LG and this will do for the moment!
