________________

In 1901 he was a farm pupil with a family at Morton, Yorks North Riding.

In 1906 he married Sarah Jackson Curry in Bradford, Yorks (by a process of elimination as the other couple of the four names is identified with an unmarried sister of the wife, giving her maiden name, in the 1911 census).

In 1911 he and Sarah could not be found, not even as Longbottom.  Abroad?

No children found.

Notes for Jonathan & Sarah Jackson (Family)
Their marriage registration date:

Surname First name(s) District Vol Page
Marriages Mar 1906   (>99%)
CROSSLEY John Hamer Bradford 9b 163
CURRY Sarah Jackson Bradford 9b 163
Hallam Emma Bradford 9b 163
LONGBOTHAM Jonathan Bradford 9b 163

At this stage it is not clear who was Jonathan’s wife.

But the couple of John and Emma Crossley are to be found in the 1911 census in Bradford, married for 5 years, and with them is Beatrice Hallam, stated to be sister, but obviously sister-in-law.

So Janathan married Sarah Jackson Curry.  But he is NOT to be found in the 1911 census.
