ODNB states she was daughter of Baldwin Malet of Corypool. Arthur Malet in his “Notices of an English branch of the Malet Family” pub 1885 by Harrison & Sons, states, p. 35, that she was the daughter of Baldwin Malet of Enmore and Deandon by his first wife Elizabeth Trivet, dau. of Sir Thomas. Arthur Malet adds that Corypole indeed was Baldwin Malet’s but had come to him with his second wife Amicia, co-heiress of Richard Lyffe.
