The seond marriage is confirmed by the 1939 register, the third has the surnames the wrong way round.
My conclusion is that the second and thrid births above belong to Emily Annie. The Saffron W and Dunmow births belong to marriages 1 and 4 respectively. The 1939 family in Cambridge has only two redacted children, but this number agrees with my deduction. (Hopefully)
